1) Jian Ghomeshi may have a case: “Could Jian Ghomeshi really get his old job back? Actually, yes”
2) Recently there was a termination of one of the most popular broadcasters in Canada, Jian Ghomeshi for allegation of possible sexual assault. He was the voice of Q on CBC. He will be suing the radio station for “$25-million in damages for breach of confidence, $25-million in damages for defamation, and $5-million in punitive, aggravated and exemplary damages.” This is clearly would fall under Canadian Employment law.
