Work Life Balance?

The advancement of technology and as more organizations are trying to take cost saving measures, many employees are working more than 50 hours a week just to keep their jobs.  According to the Ontario Employment Standards Act, non managers are to work 44 hours a week and anything above that should be paid overtime.

According to the March 29, 2015, Globe and Mail article, “I’m working 50 hours a week. How can I get my life back?” illustrates the lack of work life balance that employees are experiencing.

Does it exist?
